This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” or the “Policy“) outlines our policy regarding the collection and use of information received and processed by us when using the Website.

It is clarified that your use of our social media pages is also subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the respective relevant social media (including, inter alia, Facebook, etc.), and We recommend reviewing the privacy policies and procedures of these platforms. It is hereby clarified that We bear no responsibility whatsoever for the privacy policies of such platforms.

Information collected through technological tools:

• Identifiers: When You use the Website, You automatically provide us with your IP address (or MAC address, as the case may be), depending on the network or device You are using. This information is collected by us in order to improve your User experience, determine your geographic location, and for security and online advertising purposes. For such purpose, We may transfer limited, encrypted, or anonymous personal information to these platforms (such as user identifiers, encrypted e-mail addresses, device identifiers, cookies data, or advertising identifiers) in order to improve the quality of the campaigns, measure their performance, perform statistical analyses, and optimize targeted and personalized advertising. We may also receive certain information from those platforms regarding your interaction with our advertisements, such as views, clicks, conversions, or similar metrics, for performance analysis, improving marketing strategies, and understanding the effectiveness of the various advertising channels. 5. Your rights to review, modify, and amend your personal information

The Company acknowledges and hereby informs You that by virtue of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Privacy Protection Law“), You have the right to review personal information about You held by the Company, and should You find that this information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, You have the right to contact us with a request to correct or delete the information.

Should You wish to exercise these rights, You may contact us using the contact details specified above, including by sending an e-mail with the details of your request to: info@eol.co.il, and We will act in accordance with the requirements of the privacy protection law applicable to the Company. If You do not receive a notice permitting You to review the information per your request within 36 days, or regarding a request to delete the information within 45 days, You shall be entitled to apply to the court in the method set forth in the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Data and Procedure for Appealing a Denial of a Review Request), 5741-1981.

For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that deleting information may prevent You from continuing to receive certain services from the Company, or impair the service provided to You.

In addition, if information contained in our database is used to contact You personally based on your affiliation with a population group determined by one or more characteristics of individuals whose names are included in the database (“Direct Mailing“), You have the right under the Privacy Protection Law to demand in writing that the information relating to You not be used for Direct Mailing purposes. If You wish to exercise this right and request that the Company stop sending You Direct Mailing, You may do so via the contact details listed above, including by sending an e-mail containing your request details to: info@eol.co.il. However, the Company is permitted to send You operational notices and/or notices that it is required or authorized to send by law, even if You have requested not to receive Direct Mailing.

Please note: For any request to review, amend and/or delete information, We ask that You include the following details with your request: name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, and the specific information You wish to review, correct, or delete. The Company reserves the right to employ additional identification measures to verify the applicant’s identity, including requiring the provision of additional documents, in order to protect your privacy and prevent the disclosure of information to an unauthorized party. If You wish to submit the request via a representative or any other person acting on your behalf, You must also attach an explicit power of attorney for this matter, together with a copy of the I.D. card of both the data subject and the authorized representative.

Additionally, the Company may receive statistical and analytical data from these platforms regarding interactions with advertisements (such as views, clicks, conversions, or similar metrics) to analyze trends and improve services. Any such processing, use, or transfer of such information will be done in accordance with applicable law, subject to the privacy policies of such platforms, and subject to your consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies, as specified at length below;
• Fraud prevention and information security: the Company may share personal information with information security service providers, law enforcement authorities, or technological consultants for the purpose of detecting, preventing, or addressing fraud, deception, security issues, safety concerns, or technical problems.
